How Is This Different From Direct Skin Contact with Earthing Products?

While direct bare skin contact is ideal for the most immediate grounding effect, you can still enjoy powerful benefits using the Earthing™ Pillow Cover — even with a thin cotton pillowcase in between.

You can use our Continuity Product Tester to check that Earthing is flowing to you:

  1. Plug the tester cord into the same adapter as your Pillow Cover.

  2. Rest your head on the pillow.

  3. Touch the metal disk on the back of the tester with your middle finger and press the "Press" button.

  4. A green light means grounding is active and electrons are flowing.

Step 1: Test Your Wall Outlet

If you’ve purchased a Socket Tester, use it to check that your outlet is earthed. Plug the Tester into the outlet or power board and check the lights:

  • Grounded: Two amber lights are on – you’re good to go!
  • Not Grounded: Any other light combination. Try a different outlet. If none are grounded, you’ll need a Ground Rod to use your product.

Step 2: Insert the Adapter Plug

Firmly insert the Earthing™ Safety Adapter into a grounded wall outlet, then connect one end of the Coil Cord to the adapter.

Step 3: Connect the Cord

Each Earthing™ product has a connection tab where you attach the other end of the Coil Cord. Simply connect it, make contact with the product, and you’re grounded!

Don’t Forget...

Always ensure the conductive side of your Earthing™ product is facing up.

For best results, make direct skin contact. If you prefer a layer in between, choose natural materials like cotton or bamboo, which still allow grounding through the fabric.
