Pluggz Women's Flip Flop Black
Grounding Thongs with Conductive Plug in the Sole
Our Sizing Tips:
Comparable Womens’s Thongs sizes where you can try a thong on:
Big W Variety Store - Mambo size 7 = Pluggz size 6
Target Variety Store - Size 7 = Pluggz size 6
* Whatever size fits you at Target or Big W choose 1 size down for Pluggz Flip Flops.
Havaianas Surf Shop Thongs - Size 7 = Pluggz size 7, however, their measurements for a size 6 is EUR 37-38 which does not match with the above table?
Pluggz Flip Flops fit true to size, however, do not come in half sizes so we recommend rounding up to the next full size for a good fit. The toe band may fit snug at first, however, will soften with wear.
Please Note: If you are not used to wearing Thongs or have been wearing socks and shoes all winter the connecting plug in the sole to the Earth may be a little noticeable at first, therefore, if you have an extremely sensitive sole we would not recommend these for you.
Thanks for Having These In AustraliaBy: Deborah on 23 February 2018I have bought the pluggz thongs before from USA and loved them, that’s why I needed to buy more as they have worn out. I would missed wearing them and feel those knobs massaging my feet - love it. Helps the cramp and sore feet. What more can I say. Thank you Barefoot Healing to enable me to buy it here in Australia, good on ya !!
So far I love 'emBy: Jennifer on 28 May 2015I excitedly received these (which arrived quickly), since it seems so dangerous and difficult (and socially unacceptable) to go barefoot these days; I grew up mostly barefoot, even going to the shops. I had also been using an earthing sheet for several months, read the Earthing book, and seen the Grounded movie. My first impression of these was that they were a 'cut above' your average thong, nice style, comfortable/ spongey under foot, and suitable for informal and more formal purposes. Good arch support (for me) and I don't notice the grounded piece much. The straps are snug; at first I wondered if they might start to rub, but I think they are stretching to my feet, and feel more snug than your average thong which hopefully is also safer. I am about size 5 1/2 (Australian) and the size 5 were (just) enough. As a scientist with a medical background, I would like to see more evidence as to how much earthing these achieve, so I have ordered my test meters. But so far it all makes sense to me and subjectively I feel good wearing them, and thus they would seem the 'way of the future' and I am a fan. Happy customer, about to order some winter shoes too!
