The throw is a plush, organic cotton conductive semi-blanket/ semi-sheet.

You can use the throw in a variety of ways, such as a top blanket, bottom half-sheet on your bed or as a wrap to snuggle up inside of while reading or watching television.

Please Note: Only one side of the throw is conductive (the white side) and you must have some bare skin in contact with the conductive side.

The throws are soft organic slightly quilted cotton on the inside (conductive side) and a light brown faux suede on the outside. They measure 101 cm x 165 cm.

How to connect your throw:

Insert one end of Earthing cord into the adapter plug supplied and then into a properly grounded wall outlet. Snap other end of the Earthing cord onto the connector of the throw.

How to care for your Earthing throw The throw can be machine washed as needed using warm setting, approximately 40 degrees celsius. Tumble dry using medium setting, up to 65 defrees celsius. Do not use chlorine bleach or liquid fabric softener, or any detergent containing bleach, oils (ie.Eucalyptus-Wool Wash, etc.) or fabric softener, as these are chemicals that can ruin the conductivity of your throw. Do not dry clean your throw. When necessary, use hydrogen peroxide-based non-bleach to remove stains and/or to whiten. Do not apply lotions, creams, or oils to the skin on any part of your body prior to making contact with the Earthing throw. Such substances oxidize and can damage conductivity.
