How To Claim Your Warranty

If you need to return your product under warranty our friendly staff will help you do this, please give us a call on 1300 327 844  or email us at customerservice@barefoothealing.com.au.  Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem.  A purchase receipt is required.  An RMA number will then be issued for you to return.  No items will be accepted back without an RMA number or our office being notified. 

We ask that you initially cover the freight cost to return the product or any parts to us for replacement or repair. On inspection, if we find the product is faulty, we’ll reimburse your return freight cost and cover the cost to any return products to you.

Our Product Warranties

We pride ourselves on selling long-lasting, quality products that we use ourselves and have the following warranties:  Please note if in doubt about a warranty claim please call us to discuss the issue as all our suppliers are passionate about their products and only too willing to help resolve any issues.

Earthing Products - due to the growing popularity of these products, there are now imitations and counterfeits appearing on the market. Everything we sell is a genuine Earthing® or Groundology™ product. Please be aware that official distributors are not permitted to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and so products sold there are not likely to be genuine. We offer a 1-year* repair or replace warranty on our genuine Earthing products, which covers manufacturing defects but excludes misuse, improper care and physical damage. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, such as our Silver Pillowcases, that DON'T affect the product’s Earthing effectiveness. Earthing products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions that we include with all Earthing products. If in any doubt always contact us on 1300 327 844 or email us at customerservice@barefoothealing.com.au as incorrect care, especially of our products containing silver, can render the products un-conductive.

Earthling - Erthe Shoe Strap At present there is no set warranty for this product due to the many variables of the wearer,  However, if for any reason it is received damaged then a full refund or replacement will apply.  The manufacturers welcome your feedback as they are constantly developing and upgrading this product.  If you have any issues with your Erthe Strap please contact the manufacturer directly at info@erthe.com.au

ProPur Water Filter Products Propur® carries the following warranties, which start from date of purchase.

  • Two (2) years for Propur® Original and Prepper series stainless steel systems excluding filter elements.
  • Lifetime for Propur® 304 series stainless systems including stainless 304 spigot and excluding filter elements.
  • One (1) year for Propur® countertop/Under Counter/faucet systems.
  • One (1) year for ProOne G 2.0/G3.0 filters and ProMax Countertop/Under Counter and refrigerator filters.
  • Nine (9) months for the ProOne G2.0 SLIMLINE filters, ProMax Inline Connect Refrigerator/Ice Maker system, and ProMax shower filter systems.
  • Ninety (90) days for Propur® water filter pitcher and ProOne G2.0M filter (Warranty Period”).

PP will replace or repair any product, at its sole discretion, during the Warranty Period. Any damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; improper installation; dropped product; failure to provide recommended maintenance; transportation damage; neglect; environmental conditions; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of PP are excluded from this warranty. This express limited warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. The liability of PP terminates upon the expiration of the Warranty Period or transfer of product ownership.

Pluggz Grounding Shoes Due to the nature of this product please inspect shoe on receiving, check for any faults, try for size with stocking and if incorrect size or the shoe is not what you expected please contact our office within 14 days for an exchange or refund*. Shoes must be returned in their original and unworn purchase condition and in the original box.  

*CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS: Items denoted as clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange so please choose carefully.

Elanra IonisersElanra products carry a Three (3) years warranty on labour from date of purchase. Two (2) years manufacturer’s warranty on materials from the date of purchase. One (1) year warranty on batteries if applicable.

Vest Radiation Products - Offer a One (1) year manufacturers warranty on all their products.

CellSafeBluetooth headsets carry six (6) month warranty. The Radi-Chips are designed to work for the lifetime of your phone. Providing you take reasonable care of your phone, you can expect several years of effective use.  You should treat your Radi-Chip as you would your phone or device. CellSafe recommends treating it like any electronic device and not exposing the Radi-Chip to moisture or leaving it in the sun, as this could damage its technology.

Floww The personal Floww and the Home Floww carry a Two (2) year manufacturers warranty
