Ideal for office use, the mat can be placed on top of your desk beneath your keyboard and mouse or on the floor under your desk for barefoot contact. It’s also perfect for use while watching TV, reading, gaming, meditating, or sitting at the kitchen table. Many people also use it under a sheet while sleeping or as a massage mat during therapy sessions. The mat is suitable for use with bare skin or through light clothing such as cotton socks or stockings.
Made from eco-friendly, non-toxic materials and designed for comfort, this mat offers a grounded surface without the need for outdoor access. The top layer is conductive and effective at transferring Earth energy with direct contact, while the underside provides grip and stability on most surfaces. For convenience, the mat can be trimmed to a smaller size if required.
