How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our team before returning any items to ensure your return is processed correctly and any applicable refunds are issued.

Returns & Exchange Shipping

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • Items must be returned in as-new condition, including original packaging, unused, and securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund lost return items.

Items Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for any product that arrives damaged or faulty.

Change of Mind

  • If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, shipping costs (including on free shipping orders) will be deducted from your refund.

  • A 5% restocking fee applies unless otherwise agreed.

45-Day Risk-Free Trial

Try our Earthing™ and Waveguard™ products with confidence. If you’re not satisfied, you can return them within 45 days of your order date for a refund, less shipping fees and a $30 administration fee.

  • Shipping fees are only refundable if the product is faulty.

  • Returns requested between 15 and 30 days may be considered a change of mind and may incur additional fees.

  • Returns of unused products outside the 45-day trial period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Claims

We stand behind the quality of our brands and products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please get in touch.

  • All warranty returns must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance. Full return instructions will be provided.

Manufacturer Warranties:

  • Earthing™ & Ground Therapy™: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes personal use items such as patches, bands, and socks). Terms and conditions apply.

  • Waveguard: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Terms and conditions apply.
