• Products must be returned undamaged, in good working order, and with all original packaging and accessories.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of RMA issue.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty on arrival.

This policy applies to personal use purchases only and excludes bulk or wholesale orders. Items such as patches, bands, socks, yoga mats, complementary products, and other specified non-returnable items are excluded from the 45-day return policy.

• Earthing™ Products: Backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Waveguard™ Devices: Covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
