When contacting us, please have the following ready:

A description of the product and the issue.

Your proof of purchase.

Photos or videos (if helpful) to support your claim.
Once we assess your claim, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns without an RMA or prior notification.
Shipping Costs

You’ll initially need to cover the cost of returning the item for assessment.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty under warranty, we will reimburse your return shipping and cover the cost of sending replacement or repaired items back to you.

Warranty Period: 12-months from the purchase date.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions: Misuse, improper care, physical damage, and cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product conductivity.
Important: Genuine Earthing™ products are only sold through authorised distributors. Be cautious of imitations. Incorrect care can render products non-conductive. Always follow the included care instructions.
Waveguard™

Warranty Period: 12-months from the purchase date.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or environmental factors.
Waveguard products require no power to operate and are built to last without degradation under normal use.

Warranty Period: 12-months from the purchase date.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: Scratches, cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Lighting products must be used and cared for according to manufacturer guidelines to maintain effectiveness.
Discontinued or clearance items may have different warranty terms as noted on their product pages.
