Thicker and more cushioned than the Universal Mat, this larger mat is ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, offices, or during activities like Pilates or stretching.

The mat provides a comfortable and supportive surface while allowing you to reconnect with the Earth’s natural energy. Whether you’re chopping vegetables, brushing your teeth, or working at a standing desk, the Floor Mat helps discharge built-up electrical stress and supports balance, calm, and comfort during everyday tasks.

The mat connects to the Earth via the grounded port of a wall outlet using the included coil cord and adapter plug. Simply place the mat where you need it, connect the cord, and enjoy grounding throughout your day.

Step 1: Test Your Wall Outlet

If you’ve purchased a Socket Tester, use it to check that your outlet is earthed. Plug the Tester into the outlet or power board and check the lights:

  • Grounded: Two amber lights are on – you’re good to go!
  • Not Grounded: Any other light combination. Try a different outlet. If none are grounded, you’ll need a Ground Rod to use your product.

Step 2: Insert the Adapter Plug

Firmly insert the Earthing™ Safety Adapter into a grounded wall outlet, then connect one end of the Coil Cord to the adapter.

Step 3: Connect the Cord

Each Earthing™ product has a connection tab where you attach the other end of the Coil Cord. Simply connect it, make contact with the product, and you’re grounded!

Don’t Forget...

Always ensure the conductive side of your Earthing™ product is facing up.

For best results, make direct skin contact. If you prefer a layer in between, choose natural materials like cotton or bamboo, which still allow grounding through the fabric.
