How To Care For Your Earthing™ Pillow Cover:

To clean your Earthing™ Pillow cover simply wipe down using damp cloth or sponge. A mild soap may be used.

Do not use any household products like furniture polish as it will ruin the conductivity of the mat.

Do not wash in water or a washing machine. Air dry only.

How Does This Differ From Direct Skin Contact Earthing Products?

While direct bare skin contact with all Earthing Products is most desirable, you can also receive beneficial results without making bare skin contact, however, you must remember it may take a little longer to feel the benefits. It's similar to watering your garden - with a hose turned on full blast you can water your garden in 20 minutes, however, if the hose is kinked and the stream of water is less it will take you longer to water that same patch.

We naturally build up a slight perspiration layer on our skin/head/hair and this creates a channel of moisture which allows the conductivity from Earthing™ Pillow Cover to pass through materials such as your cotton pillowcase, and then to you.

Step 1: Test Your Wall Outlet

If you’ve purchased a Socket Tester, use it to check that your outlet is earthed. Plug the Tester into the outlet or power board and check the lights:

  • Grounded: Two amber lights are on – you’re good to go!
  • Not Grounded: Any other light combination. Try a different outlet. If none are grounded, you’ll need a Ground Rod to use your product.

Step 2: Insert the Adapter Plug

Firmly insert the Earthing™ Safety Adapter into a grounded wall outlet, then connect one end of the Coil Cord to the adapter.

Step 3: Connect the Cord

Each Earthing™ product has a connection tab where you attach the other end of the Coil Cord. Simply connect it, make contact with the product, and you’re grounded!

Don’t Forget...

Always ensure the conductive side of your Earthing™ product is facing up.

For best results, make direct skin contact. If you prefer a layer in between, choose natural materials like cotton or bamboo, which still allow grounding through the fabric.
