The Earthing™ Foot and Wrist Band Kit offers a simple and effective way to enjoy targeted grounding throughout your day. The adjustable elastic band comfortably fits around the foot, wrist, or arm, making it perfect for use while sitting, relaxing, sleeping, stretching, or practicing yoga.

By delivering the Earth’s natural energy directly to areas of discomfort, the band may help relieve joint pain, stiffness, cold feet, restless leg syndrome, RSI, and support recovery from injuries, surgery, sprains, and muscle strains. Athletes, active individuals, and dancers also find the band particularly helpful for faster recovery after physical activity.

For grounding to be effective, the band must be connected to the Earth using the included Earthing™ cord and plug. The flexible coil cord stretches up to 5 metres, allowing freedom of movement while you remain connected.

Usage Tips:

  • Use for at least 30 minutes daily, or longer if possible.

  • The band should make direct contact with bare skin for optimal results.

  • When not connected, the band can still be worn for light support and comfort.

  • Easy to care for – simply hand wash with mild detergent and air dry.

Step 1: Test Your Wall Outlet

If you’ve purchased a Socket Tester, use it to check that your outlet is earthed. Plug the Tester into the outlet or power board and check the lights:

  • Grounded: Two amber lights are on – you’re good to go!
  • Not Grounded: Any other light combination. Try a different outlet. If none are grounded, you’ll need a Ground Rod to use your product.

Step 2: Insert the Adapter Plug

Firmly insert the Earthing™ Safety Adapter into a grounded wall outlet, then connect one end of the Coil Cord to the adapter.

Step 3: Connect the Cord

Each Earthing™ product has a connection tab where you attach the other end of the Coil Cord. Simply connect it, make contact with the product, and you’re grounded!

Don’t Forget...

Always ensure the conductive side of your Earthing™ product is facing up.

For best results, make direct skin contact. If you prefer a layer in between, choose natural materials like cotton or bamboo, which still allow grounding through the fabric.
