If your power outlets are not earthed or you prefer a direct connection to the Earth, a Ground Rod is a simple and effective solution. To use it, insert the rod about 20 to 25 centimetres into the soil outside, ideally in a damp or shaded area close to your home. Run the attached cord through a window or door to the room where you are using your Earthing product. Plug the prong end of your Earthing cord into the socket on the Ground Rod cord. Make sure the cord is tucked safely to avoid tripping. For dry climates, lightly water the soil around the rod from time to time to maintain good conductivity. This method allows you to enjoy the benefits of Earthing even when indoor outlets are unavailable.
