To return goods for any reason a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)  number must be obtained from our office and clearly marked on the front of the return package.  You can email or phone to request the number. 

Goods that are faulty upon opening must be reported to our office within 7 days of invoice receipt.  For goods that are deemed to be faulty, you will be sent  a RETURN postage label or a credit for the return postage amount will be applied to your account or deducted off your next order.

Products must be returned in original condition with all cords, plugs, accessories, and books.   No returns will be accepted if any part is missing or damaged.  Credit will be given once items have been inspected.

FOOTWEAR:  Footwear must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.   If you are not sure please only wear indoors on carpet.  Please call or email our our office for a RMA number if you need to exchange or return.

Refunds or exchanges do not include return postage and handling, unless the goods are faulty upon arrival.
