It is important to us that our customers are happy with their Waveguard purchase and experience the benefits of Waveguard EMF Protection. Waveguard works to protect everyone from the effects of electromagnetic frequencies, but how you may feel around Waveguard is an entirely individual experience, dictated mainly by your individual sensitivity to EMF.
Every body functions and works in its own way. Thus, the effects of the Qi technology are also felt differently by everyone. Some people feel the effect of the device quickly and intensely. The experience of people who are not very EMF sensitive is more subtle at the first moment. These customers only showed an improvement in, for example, sleep and recovery after using the product for 20 to 30 days. It is important to understand that there is no magic formula for the body's response to Qi technology. Waveguard's experience in checking the devices of customers who do not "feel" anything, showed that the devices work in 99.99 percent of cases.
We recommend to give the device, and yourself, time to get to know the technology. Many people have forgotten to listen to their body, thus, the body may not directly perceive the sensitive effects of our Qi technology. As a way of comparing your own body condition before and during the use of Waveguard, you can have your blood values checked by your family doctor. A blood draw before and one after approximately 20 to 30 days of use is recommended. Pay particular attention to the ATP (adenosine triphosphate) level.
As everyone's experience can be different we allow a generous period of 30 days so that you can decide whether Waveguard is the right EMF protection solution for your individual circumstances. If you would like any help or advice during the 30-day period, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Before choosing to return your Waveguard product to us, please read through the product FAQs to troubleshoot any issues. If, as you approach the end of the 30-day guarantee period, you decide that Waveguard Qi Technology isn’t right for you and you would like to return your product to us for a refund, or exchange for a different Waveguard model, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at hello@barefoothealing.com.au or by phone on 1300 327 844 to let us know you would like to return your Waveguard product to us. Please provide your Barefoot Healing invoice number and details of your Waveguard experience
- We will issue you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
- Return the item to us at the address below. We understand that the item will have been opened and used but it must have been used and cared for in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and not damaged, scratched or marked in any way. Please return the Waveguard product in its original, undamaged packaging, including inserts, along with all accessories that were included in your Waveguard order. We ask that you pay the postage to return the item to us
- Please take care to protect the item so neither the product nor the packaging becomes damaged during its return journey back to us. Please place Waveguard in outer packaging. Do not affix a label directly to the Waveguard box. If the product or packaging arrives back to us in a damaged state or with a label attached, we will have to charge you a damage fee of 25%
- Once the product has been returned to us and inspected, we will refund what you paid for the item as shown on your invoice, minus any damage fee, which will be discussed with you prior to issuing the refund. We also charge a $20 admin and restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- If you paid postage on your original purchase, your postage cost will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your item (meaning the cost of postage was paid by us), we will recoup what we paid in postage and deduct this amount from the refund.
- Your refund will be issued back through your original payment method. If you used a third party payment merchant e.g.: PayPal, AfterPay or ZipPay, we will pay the refund back through the merchant to pass on to you
- If you prefer an exchange for another Waveguard model, any other Barefoot Healing product or your refund paid as Barefoot Healing store credit, we can happily arrange that for you
