Waveguard’s Qi devices do not interfere with devices or network services. This means that you can continue using your phone, laptop, Wi-Fi router etc. as normal, all whilst using the Qi devices.

Where should I position or station my Qi-Shield device?

The Qi-Shield is effective in stationary area 2.5m horizontal radius (5m diameter) and 1.6m vertically so positioning your Qi-Shield nearby as you settle in place, is best to benefit from the effective radius of your device.

It is recommended to keep any EMF sources away from the Qi device so as not to hinder its ability to work properly. Keep sources of EMF at least 25cm away from the QiShield. Qi-Home Cell at least 50cm, Qi-Max at least 1m.

Use the Qi-Shield on-the-move when traveling or in transit

If you are using the he Qi-Shield while you are on-the-move, it covers an area of 1.5m horizontal radius (3m diameter). With no threat to security when traveling on the airplane we suggest that you can have the Qi-Shield in your check-in hold luggage.

Cleaning

Do not use and chemicals or cleaning products. Dust with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth using clean water. The copper may naturally develop faint lines or become discoloured overtime however this has no negative effect on the functioning of the device.

When will I need to recharge my Qi-Shield?

There is no need for you to electrically recharge your device. The charged Qi-Shield's negative charge runs 24/7 providing round the clock protection for up to 5 years.
