These patches are designed to deliver targeted grounding benefits directly to areas of pain, inflammation, or tension, especially in hard-to-reach places where bands may not be suitable, such as under the arms or around the groin.

Similar to the ECG/EKG electrode patches used in medical settings, they are easy to apply and ideal for focused, localised relief.

Step 1: Connect the Adapter and Coil Cord

Insert the included Safety Adapter into the grounded outlet or a surge protector connected to a grounded outlet.

Plug one end of the Coil Cord firmly into the Safety Adapter.

Step 2: Apply the Patch

Peel a patch from the backing and place it directly on the area of your body you wish to ground.

Step 3: Connect and Ground

Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the tab on the patch. You’re now grounded!

Want to target multiple areas? Simply repeat this process with a second patch and cord.

A Ground Rod can also be used if preferred.

Do:

  • Apply the Patch to clean, dry skin.
  • Push the Patch firmly onto the skin to make sure the gel centre has complete contact with your skin.
  • Discard the Patch in your trash recepticle when you've completed your grounding time as they are one-time use.

Do Not:

  • Apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before applying a Patch.
  • Apply to areas of the body with a lot of hair on them.
