They are made with 98% cotton with 2% AGFlex Solid Silver strands heathered into the cotton fibres.

Although sleeping with regular cotton sheets, over your Earthing Mattress Cover, is a very effective and comfortable way to ground yourself during sleep, the new semi-conductive Earthing sheets serve to improve conductivity between the grounded mattress cover and you during sleep. No additional cord is needed, just place them on your bed and go to sleep!

The sheets instantly reduce and prevent static electrical charges in your bed and on your body. Static is common with foam mattresses and modern bedding made from synthetic materials.

Static charge promotes chronically elevated or dysregulated cortisol secretions which is known to disturb normal sleep. Using our conductive sheets, with our grounded mattress cover, prevents static charge on the body.

New Earthing Sheets Must Be Used With An Earthing Mattress Cover, Sleep Mat or Pillow Covers

Note:  This sleep system must be used with an Earthing Mattress Cover, Sleep Mat or Pillow Cover in order for the sheets or pillow covers to be grounded as they do not directly connect to an Earthing cord.  The sheets must be used with and directly touching a Mattress Cover, Sleep Mat and or Pillow Cover to be conductive. Any part of the sheet that is not directly touching the surface of one of these covers will not be conductive. 

The Conductive Earthing® Sheets are specially designed to be used over a grounded Earthing Mattress Cover. No need for a ground cord, just contact with the grounded Earthing Mattress Cover!

Directions:

1. Ensure your mattress is fitted with an Earthing Mattress Cover, Sleep Mat and or Pillowcase and is properly grounded into an Earthed wall outlet or a Ground Rod.

2. Place the Earthing Sheets/Pillowcase directly over your Mattress Cover, Sleep Mat and or Pillow, like any other sheet set.
3. Enjoy!

Care Instructions

It is good to wash your Earthing® sheets and pillowcases. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing in warm water strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.
Do's

• Wash in a washing machine in warm water
• Tumble dry gentle - low heat
• Iron using low heat – no steam, if needed

Dont's

• Do not dry clean
• Do not steam clean 
• Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread so we do not recommend use with our products.

Lotions and or oils should be applied a few hours before sleeping on the Earthing Sheets so that they are absorbed into the skin.
